• Two years part-time held in 5 weekend modules per year.
• Taught by an experienced multidisciplinary faculty including psychiatrists, psyhologists, psychotherapists, Buddhist monks and nuns and qualified meditation teachers.
• An exploration of the interface between Buddhism and Psychotherapy including:-

• the therapeutic application of mindfulness
• the experience of insight
• the spiritual dimension of therapy
• social, cultural and ethical issues
• theoretical understanding of the concepts of self/non-self, embodiment and consciousness
• deepening and refining personal meditation practice.

• A balance of theoretical and experiental learning, using lectures, discussion, case presentations, supervision, contemplation and meditation practices, including meditation retreats.
